FOUNDER & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Before founding Integrity, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at First Trust Advisors LP, where he led the equity portfolio management team for custom separate accounts. While at First Trust, he developed and implemented bespoke investment strategies for retail and institutional clients with a focus on faith-based investing.

Prior to joining First Trust, Peter was a Quantitative Portfolio Manager at Dimensional Fund Advisors, specializing in multi-factor portfolio construction. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant, helping build trading, risk, and compliance systems for top-tier investment firms, including Citadel, Goldman Sachs, and Fidelity.

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, is a CFA charterholder, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College. He lives in Wheaton, IL, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their five children. Peter is a devout Catholic and an active member of St. John Cantius Church in Chicago, IL, where he participates in the vibrant liturgical and parish community.​
